Look into the Fablehaven series probably the best fantasy series I've read in awhile blows away Harry potter and eragon series. Plus it's already a completed series like 7 300-500 page books. Hard to put down easy read first book starts a little slow.

Look them up theres a very handy free book reader online at onread.com

Percy Jackson and the Olympian books too are good.

I'm currently re-reading Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials trilogy. My next re-read will probably be the Game of Thrones series thanks to the HBO series getting in my head again. Both are quite good and long enough to have a solid universe without being so long you become bored with it.

I'd also recommend the Dune series by Frank Herbert, The Foundation Trilogy by Issac Asmiov, and The Vampire Earth series by E.E. Knight.
