from what i can tell, a custom mod of a "catching game", similar to DDR of sorts. wouldn't know for sure since i haven't looked it up specifically to see if i can figure out what it actually IS.

the girl who pops on every 30 combo, is Konata, from Lucky star. the girl in the background is Hatsune Miku, and the audio sounds like it was made using the Hatsune Miku vocaloid program.
