well at this moment ive decide to take ricos to a long term war on OE. DONT care why this happened. dont care what we did first. dont care about naps. im done with certain folks and rest of OE will suffer now. i dont forsee us winning this war in sense of surrenders either way by any means. but i do forsee OE empire paying a toll from now till im kicked from ricos or quit game.
ricos hc decided to strike tonight and apperently theres a server wide OE ppt going on after some initial strikes.
