New Ascended Update

* Added a check on being to being attacks, to ensure total offensive capacity (TOC) is at least 5% of the target potential. Below this and you are not fit to battle them.

Makes some sense i guess, you cant practically descend anyone with a larger TOC than you, in most cases at least.

its practically pointless.
5% on an average toc say 2.5 bill is 125 mill, unless he is referring to a resulting TOC

wait..what ..you can't hit some bigger than u but you can still decend smaller accounts?

ONLY applies to being on being attacks, but i would love to see someone descend someone with a larger smaller TOC than their opponent that is under the 5%

I think it should apply both ways ...ie can't decend someone under a certain % of your ToC too..

And those 12 hours = 2 weeks descension for them.

I think people understimate how hard being descended is. It should rightly take a while to inflict 2 weeks of damage.

Yet logging in once can stop it. Playing ascended can postpone for extra hours. People generally get descended in wars/vendettas, which if they dont check ascended, then they should rightfully be descended. The update is pretty crap anyway tbh.

that would take away most of your kills though right ;)

no... why punish the active people even more by saying they cant descend the lazy ppl who cant be bothered to log in and actually play ;)
