Account issue - Password needed for my assended detail

i really need help ,i changed my details for my account via email and ,SGWsaid it will send my new pw and details to my email and i havent recieved it and i cant logg in ,please help me

This is not a forum issue but game issue and should therefore be placed in the For Admin section.

However, email urgent@stargatewars.com or urgent@gatewars.com (not sure if both work) and explain it to them. Also copy support@gatewars.com in to it as well.

EDIT : another tip to try, go to the forgot password page and put in your new email address and see if that works. Also try your old one too. Don't bother with the username field because that would often doesn't send anything even if it says it has.

I did that clarky ,thank u mate i hope it works aye...ive tried the forget pw ,it says it sends and the email before i changed it ,i came bak saying no such email registed

did you also try forgot password using ingame name and not the email one?

Try looking in the Spam/Junk, its where my GW always go.

I tried and stil nothing i even tried resending through lost login details button

E-mail admin, if you loose anything then maybe he will refund you since the issue was with the game and not yourself.

He didn't change anything "through" email, he changed his email on his account. This is why i have never considered changing my email on my account because it has always been buggy. If i was to ever change my email i would do it during admin meet incase this happened.

Hello admin i changed my email address from my acc ,from my fiancee email to mine ,becoz i sold my original 1 59620 ,i didnt memerize my new id yet but my name ingame is herehorse ,i changed it to my email and it replies it wil send me a pw to log in ,but it hasn't sent it and im worried il lose all my stuff ,plz admin help me plz i also want my assended log in details plz
