Looking for officers with high UPs

Preferably with at least 500k RAW UP.

Perks:
- I will mass your incoming logs.
- Give you any help or advice you need.
- Help out with resources from time to time.
- Give you turns if your actually using them and not selling them.
Disadvantages of this:
- I am at war with a lot of people constantly, you may get massed occasionally by people trying to get to me by massing you.
- If you have MSN, I might bug you sometimes, Im notoriously known for my bad rap skillz.
