I would be recruiting officers who fall in the following categories:
-old school players who left a while ago and recently rejoined, and would like advice/be kept up to date with game mechanics and such.
-new players who also would like to know mechanics of this game and look for advice.
Being a long term player myself (Feb 2005), I would be willing to help in that area. Ingame name same as name here.
My income is approx 44bil base, I usually set 30% whether I have max alert+nox set or not. I don't mind if your UnitProduction is small.
