What's the calculation for Ascension glory on the main server?

I may have misinterpreted the question Lu, but it's 1001 GnR per ascension, which takes a minimum of 20.8 days (or three weeks for all intents and purposes) at 1 GnR per turn (and assuming you can put yourself straight back into the GnR ranks). 0-unknown at this pace takes 69 weeks.

Stating the obvious perhaps, and certainly not meaning to undermine your intelligence, hence the possibility that you were asking something quite different

Hmmmmm, by chance I probably meant Naq/UU needed, my mistake . I did have it so before but edited it when I remembered about G&R, haven't been on the main actively for months. I blame my mate currently screaming at me down the phone, lost my concentration lol.

It is to easy to get to the first 5 ascensions, and takes way to long to get to 10 and above. Fist 5 ascensions in days, maybe a month to go from 5 to 10.

If you put it this way depending on the variables like getting attacked, you may not be able to ascend for a long period of time.

Then does it really matter which way its played, if everyone has to do the same to ascend then in theory, it doesnt matter. If it takes a long period of time, or a short period of time. The end resut will always be the same just delayed, or shortened.

Theres always the chance, that less patience people will suffer from a long term ascension plan. Where as people that have patience will succeed, which may cause others to quit if they get bored of waiting to ascend.

You could allow a max of 20 ascensions, the last two giving you no more bonuses, just the glory factor of being powerful enough to do it ;D Its along term game, so it doesnt matter to much how long it will take to get to 18th ascension.

Well if it follows the suit of the main server, more Ascensions may be added as time goes along. I wouldn't be surprised if in a few years time it happens to be along 21 or more Ascension.

Anyway, the real topic to be discussed here is the Higgs needed.

Agreed, 500 million higgs is a bit of a jump for 18, considering that it is ~7.6 times the higgs going from 17 to 18, whereas it's exactly 2 times the higgs going from 16 to 17, from 15.
(16384000 is 1/2 of 32768000, which is, in turn, half of 65536000[That's the reqs for 15, 16, and 17, respectively))
I suggesting following suit for the rest, and leave it at the regular pace of double for every ascension level, which would leave my recommended amount of higgs for 18 at 131072000...
Especially if you plan to add more ascension levels after this...
