The army of zirtux stormed the realm of Replimagni!

zirtux arrived in 50 Mothership.
They were not matched by any defender fleet, thereby being free to rain death from above, out of range of retaliation.
Meanwhile, they landed 300,000 Attack Unit armed as follows:

300,000 Attack Unit have Nanite Disintegrator Satellite **


Opposite this, stood the forces of Replimagni

Replimagni resisted the aggressors with:
125,000 Piper carrying the following arsenal:

125,000 Piper have De-evolutionary Field Generator


In a fury, the two opposing forces clash!


The forces of zirtux rush in full force, and inflict 309,101,055,000 damage on Replimagni's forces!
It was confirmed that 12,500 of Replimagni's forces fell at the hands of zirtux's assult.


The forces of Replimagni fought back with all they could, and managed to inflict 128,010,000,000 damage on zirtux's forces!
They managed to eradicate 150,000 of zirtux's troops.


LOL Is this intended? cause the ratio means that newground reinforces "turtles"

Oh well, pretty much evidence this game isn't ever going to take off...

So basically you lose half your attacking units no matter what the enemy's def is, whilst they seem to take a standard percentage loss (is it 10%) - but the defender takes the losses NO MATTER WHAT THE ATTACK IS?! Even when I have 0 attackers, you still take the % loss in def troops?!

You can basically mass any def in the game with 1 strike weapon (Except def weps don't take damage)

Man this game is fubar....

Trouble is, I remember universequest which Jason set up as a side project - it had a similar bug as this, but reset every month so everyone just built up on the last turn and spent the rest of the time sniping. Ultimately J gave up on the game without telling anyone....

Kinda think the same thing is/will happen here....

Just Magni being a fool. He has no ground to base his doomsaying on. Commitment to this game is much better compared to UQ.

Most of UQ membership went over from here, with Goo as forum admin if I remember correctly. Not to mention Chaos, or the German server, or Battlecorps, or Origins or any number of half-arsed side projects. J does have previous in that respect

Anyways, yes. I'm being overly negative. But just a single POST from an admin to let us know they appreciate the beta testing, have looked at the problem, and will be fixing it imminently, would be quite nice.

Otherwise, what's the point in beta testing?

Yeah i already consider this as over, i'd delete my account but, oh yeah, i can't, due to a bug that is still unfixed

actually when it goes live we wont play it as our main acc wont benefit from it, and since theres no feedback then why testing
