IP problem

hello guyz how is everyone?? I have been hearing things i am multi of this and that so now i want to discuss with you guyz.... recently i had been accused of being a multi of c2 and someone told me our ips were matched which is also wierd and impossible to even think abt...
My IP address [?]: 182.185.151.183 [Whois] [Reverse IP]
My IP country code: PK
My IP address country: Pakistan
My ISP [?]: Pakistan Telecommuication company limited
These are the details of my ip and c2 lives in solvenia how can this be happened?? any idea guyzz are Pakistan and solvenia have same ips addresses...I run through some ips of solvenia and found out that it can never be possible.....

And some people use so many different IPs (either multieing or because of their ISP) that almost everyone else shares one of their IPs.

had an ip problem when I got Harches old acc, I couldn't trade with him, my officer or another ingame friend.. and we are all in different countries on different continents even..
thats Aus, Scotland, America and Ireland.. admin had to clean my isp

Hmm... Am not from Slovenia, Am from Slovakia.
Still, I know this guy and its barely my multi.
Since Am playing this game, I was acused, not officialy, not on forums, but many players tryed it public, spreading issues and lyes, that am using scripts by farming, scripts by defending my defnece, using multies to generate ATs, using ,multies to make more Naq and UU...
All these things are lyes
Am ready to face all issues in open discussion on Irc, with admins. Also, spoke few times with Jason and I think he perosnaly can confirm that am not breaking game rules.
This is all I can say to thius case.
