Deadmau5 and Nero are probably the top ones.
Skrillex is a bit heavy for my tastes.
David Guetta is coming out with some awesome stuff - Check out Alphabeat
DJ Fresh - Golddust and Louder (Both of them look for the Flux Pavilion remix)
Also Pleasurekraft - Tarantula is pretty awesome (The short mix, the full version is average)
