Note: Just because you don't vote for a suggestion, doesn't mean I won't offer it again. I just want the most popular option each time.

The next round of voting, will be in relation to how the bank capacity should work.

Plan for the current options to be:
*Leave as is (50% capacity to upgrade. Each upgrade increases capacity by 10%)
*Make cheaper ( < 50% (to be determined) capacity to upgrade. Each upgrade increases capacity by 10%)
*Make more efficient (50% capacity to upgrade. Each upgrade increases capacity by >10% (to be determined)
*Make cheaper and more efficient (< 50% to upgrade, as well as giving more than 10% capacity increase per upgrade)
