"Security - A few updates to keep scripts off balance. Or in the gutter."

This honestly makes farming very very uncomfortable. It takes about 5 seconds to load an entire page in the farm list and it just simply doesn't look right. People with a slower internet like mine wont like this at all

So what I would like to know is would it be possible to fix the security issue but have the normal text numbers back?

its not possible, the normal text is what allows scripting to be done

Exactly. There is, ideally a bit more to farm when scripters are cancelled out.

Or when fewer people turn farm because it takes 2-3 times longer to get through the same number of pages.
Sure, the very determined and patient players get better averages for the time being, so I should consider myself advantaged by this. But, in the end, it just means I'll spend even more time farming, which makes it somewhat less fun and somewhat more of a bothersome chore.
