They should call it what it is, no double strike or def for 2 weeks.
No 48% bonus on 3 stats for 14 days straight.
Also, no building on ascended for 14 days, while your enemies get stronger.
Hardly a "setback". More like devastating for someone with 998 g/r points on an UnSpoken account and level 39 saved up to put into use in 91 minutes. ROFLMAO

believe me, if this rule was applied, we will only see some Priors exept in 1-2 team who would descend everyone who try to become stronger.
in the past, we had option to untrain and raid ennemies ascended armies. the result was 2-3 big Omegans beating the defenses to avoid friends to farm.
Loosing one level of ascension would have the same result : 1-2 alliance raging in ascended to keep control of main realm with a +48% when other would have only a +5%...
