Exsactly the rate + be sure to set war, it gets you more UUs when raiding.

no lol, but declare war on the dude you are raiding then you will get more per hit

Raid inactives (especially the ones with small or medium army size and decent UP), avoid the top alliances. No troubles.

When farming OR raiding, if you're trying not to start a fight.. just go for inactives. You can tell they're inactive if they have max turns 4997, 4998, 4999 or 5000. This sometimes happens on actives, so if they have a 0 def and are reasonably low ranked and not in a major alliance, you're pretty much guaranteed to be safe. Lol
