yes and no...with SS and MT rates nobody will buy SS again anyway...i just look and ask myself why to spend 20$ for 2 days of my income???the rates is too low...and maybe balck market will help us and the persons who stil ascend....

anyway if they want to implemented this wil no matter for us...wil take to much time to do this...and we will be to far i belive to use that...all this only "if" they implemented lol
