What % of someones defense do you need in strike to successfully AC through?

Not sure what it's like now, but it always used to be:

The amount of damage that can be done, is now modified by an attack/defence value when the attack is lower than the defence. In short, the effectiveness of the anti-covert is limited when the attack force is lower than the defence force. They simply do not have the same relative army to hide behind, in order to do their job...

In other words, a big AC lvl behind a smaller attack should still be able to AC through a big def with a limited C lvl. But I can't remember exact ratios.

Certainly, it is doable, and often the only way to bring down some of the bigger defs...

If you can successfully get an attack through you can AC it.

Meaning, as long as you're not hitting "devastating damage", you should be able to do it. Think it's 35% of def as strike to get that done.

Don't remember the war/war percentage, and then ofcourse houses and stuff come in. (It might be 25% with war/war but I'm not 100% sure, don't remember anymore)

I agree, being able to take 100 tril strikes, throw in another 10 tril MS damage, then double strike. Ouch.
