You need Supporter Status (20$ from black market)

even so, you can not exactly trade. You must send resources to someone, and then they can send what is required back. It's a trading system built on trust.

Not at this point in time.

I was going to suggest that players get SS when they reach asc 25, to kinda motivate people to stick around in the game... but I never did.

Oh well, consider it suggested!
