New weapons suggestion

Right now the ratio of cost of weapon to UU needed per weapon is wayyyy off.
Per turn I can buy over 18,000 top weps, but I can only man 1300 of them.
Can we have a more powerful weapon introduced? Following the current trend, it would be...
200,000 power and cost 250,000,000 naq per wep.
