DEV problem About Triples

Okay so i use to have a triple anyways i dont anymore, its been a while since i had it, went to steal one and it said that i can only have one triple per person, not sure if its same in main just thought id post for any clarification

i know he got banned, but if he or anyone else cares:
PURCHASE TRIPLE ATTRIBUTE PLANET (max 1 per account. A triple planet can be stolen only ONCE, before it degrades to a double.)
max one per account. as it should be

Surely that can't be right. If you sell or lose a trip you can never get one again?

perhaps what has happened is he stole a planet that at one time was a triple,
therefore although it say's double counts as a triple
which would mean once a triple it counts as a triple no matter what.

thats not it. I have already spoken to wolve about this but I suppose I can clarify this for all wonderinng.
It is the same for me on dev. I cannot take/buy another triple. So I assume it is a dev bug.
On main that was not the case. I have had a few "go through" my possession.
