cant do anything after i ascended.

hey im posting on behalf of my little brother. yesterday he ascended for his 2nd time and there seems to be a problem. after he ascended his comand centre attack log armory etc. is a broken link. and when you get into the armory the weapons doesnt show. his acc details is as follow 1990354
