I can agree that it is a fairly common decency, and definitely the right thing to do. But scamming is something done with intent, this was simply not.

Just to give you a heads up of my diary, I am away from today until Sunday so will not be checking brokers til then.

You realise he is away from now until Sunday.. so you setting the broker will not likely mean it gets accepted.
Maybe just talk to him, get the Naq Monday?

To update you.....
I set the broker several times and he has never accepted.
He is just a spoofer and a scammer. The worst of the worst.
DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS GUY!!!!!!!
