You know when you hit a rly big defence with your fleets and you lose all fleets.. How big does the defence need to be for lets say a 100b strike in fleets to do just that?

Less than 10% of raw + plats and fleets go splat.

I believe you have to have at least 15% of their total def power (planet + plat(s)) in fleet strength or else you go KABOOM. Not sure if plague changes the %'s like it does to realm. Pretty sure it doesn't.

So a 1 tril fleet can only hit up to 6.5t defense or else KABOOM!

Double check that %.

It is a combined total but you damage the plats first. That works out nice since they are so much cheaper than the planetary def.

Technically just plats as if your fleets are less than the 15% needed to hit raw planet defense, they won't engage.
