Is glory helping towards overall rank right now?
or is it just attack, defense, covert, anti and MS which is providing overall rank?

Yes, the ranked glory from current era counts towards rank - not only at the end, but throughout the era as well. So QuantumVerse Glory (which is ranked, the glory from current era) affects the rank in the same way as any stat does, while QuantumSelf Glory (combined glory from all the eras which is ranked in Quantum Legends page) does not count towards ranking

I had this hard realization when all my stats were rank three but I was only rank 9, damn updates *waves fist in anger*

Hehe well, the update is not bad to be honest 
I think it's right to give the people who've stayed on top throughout the era a "bonus", so to speak, when it comes to ranking After all, the one who's stayed #1 throughout the era deserves the #1 more than someone who was lurking in low ranks only to build up in the last few minutes and snatch that victory
