NG ascended account

just wondering.....the NG account doesnt come with an ascended unless you ascend it in main...I think....so if i ascend does the ascended account come fresh out the box or do you get something to start you off

It's completely 0 in stats/powers.
But the amount of APP you get from that first ascension will mean you'll grow extremely fast

does this still happen give the change to APP conversion that happened?

Yes, fully automatic APP conversion was introduced in January 2013, this thread reflects the situation after. No other major changes to APP conversion (aside from slightly modifying values) have been made.
An NG-Main account that ascends for the first time, does so as any other unascended account would. The associated Ascended account is empty - save for its starting levels, resources and the APP from your ascension.
