Cross-Era Fixes

This is a record of all fixed cross-era bugs (i.e. not specific to an individual round - or type of round, but game mechanics, cosmetics, makeup and high heels). These are obviously mostly small fixes, bigger bugs are usually era-specific.
This does not include balancing, which is generally also era-specific.
2014
Feb10-16:
- Era-specific Messages on Attack/Spy despite function being shut off
- Legends pagination (access all 100 Legends per Era, not just the first page)
- Race Ranking
- Military Experience ('Weapon damage taken' now displayed; duplicate of Main display error)
- Recruitment link officer limit workaround (could get > max officers if registering through recruitment link) removed
- Market/Supporter 'opening date' set to display properly to 8 days after reset (both to the same time, displaying as well as opening correctly)
