Yes.
Alliance ME is recorded:
- since 14:45 GMT (March 8th, 2014)
- for every attack or intelligence operation made by a current member
- upon a member leaving/joining an alliance, alliance ME does not change (providing a permanent record of the actions of members during their membership, even passers-through)
- upon disbanding an alliance, access to the record is lost (so be careful!)
- cannot be reset (as it is a permanent legacy of all actions - from this point on)
Alliance ME is displayed:
- to everyone in an alliance
- on the general ME page (alongside Permanent (personal) and Temporary records)
Alliance ME is not (currently) ranked:
- might be added to Alliance Ranking (separate unranked column)
- might be ranked if appropriate
