Does this mean, if i am in a library with 10+ comp, and i take 2 breaks during study within 1 session, and use 2 different computers to log in, i won't be able?

If it's the same as main all it means is you can't be logged into the same account from more than one computer at a time. Logging in to a second will log you out the first.
