Private Market Brokers not working

I've tried brokering several different people over the past month or so (my naq for their turns if it matters) and it doesn't work. Yes, they and I have the ability to broker.
I'll enter their ID and their name pops up no problem. I enter the amount of naq I wish to send and the turns I would like. I hit "Update Trade Details" then *woosh* all the info is gone with no message about "insufficient funds" or whatever the message is. Then I ask them to broker me and it works no problem.
Can someone, please, look into this?
