Quantum home page login issue???

Seems that log in boxes are up out of the screen, anyone else having this issue??
First off, apologies for the confusion, Quantum is not open yet, though for some reason the game thought it was and allowed you to -kind of- access it. (Maybe it too believes its taking too damn long.)
The new Era will definitely start December 1st, 2016. (On a Thursday? Yes.)
