Also I believe because I changed commanders soon before the reset, I'm still unable to set one. ME from before the reset remains as well.

I lost one Market Trade, because used it between double era reset.

i believe we should all have started with 0 market trade on the counter, right?

It does at turn change, but does not display the effect. That should be fixed now. (The 'total' figure will update.)
All accounts were reset to the initial (start of era) values. Therefore either everyone lost their used market trades and the benefits (which would mean no one lost anything relative to the others) or no one did, depending on your point of view.

Self commander no get bonuse UP (400/437). Clean commander now and have 400/480

Good call. If you are your own commander, you get 10% extra UP. Did not display, fixed now.
Different Quantum Foci have different effects on different aspects of Income/Unit/AT production and during combat.

I think perhaps it should be altered so that players cannot join as automation accounts officers, i did so with the rank 1 spot and am now receiving 600mil naq per turn, didn't know what would happen if i did, was unable to make myself my own CO....quite the unfair advantage on my behalf even if others realise this an do the same so do what you must, if you need to reset my account etc.
