Just as title says... I have clicked on
Inspect & Command Officers, myself and in the window that pops up, tried clicking on dismiss officer and also tried clicking on my name displayed top left followed by dismiss officer. Nothing happens. I really would like to have no commander at all for the extra naq. Could you please help, thanks

If you became your own CO over 24hrs ago you could try joining someone else and getting them to kick you.

I might have to do it that way. We used to be able to dismiss ourselves. Cant we do that now?

I don't think anyone has ever been able to actively dismiss themselves as their officer.

Whether that is the case or not, now you can.
Additionally, for convenience, the 'dismiss' button now displays in the overview itself.
Go to Officer Overview, hit 'dismiss'. You can dismiss yourself as well as any other officers.

thanks for your reply, I have just checked and I still cant dismiss myself. Clicking on the red box with a 0 for dismissing officers has no effect.

Since all test accounts are able to properly dismiss themselves, I cannot replicate this issue without further information.

Are there any other players who have the same issue?



Actually, a possibility is that you have Javascript disabled.
Enabling this (standard setting on all browsers) is a requirement for the game to function properly.
