yeah Ive looked at that, doesn't really help me.
I want a formula like 1500 Physical Realm Attack Power and 1600 Physical Defense Power plus (x)Black Hole String Maximum Strength + (x)Energy Vortex Maximum Strength = 20Q
kin of like how the cal tells you the cheapest/best way to build CER or ToC :/

Your best bet is to get the developers of the Hungarian calculator (Kvarga and D3ath, iirc) to do the math for you using their data. Good luck Cleo!

awwww come on Jo, you must know how the game decides what the Command Star Power equals (under military capacity listing)
guess CS wasn't a priorty back when the HU guys made their cals.

Oh, I do, but that is of no more use to your question than the current math the Hungarian calc can do. 
Physical Attack and Defence levels contribute to CS strike and defence respectively, increasing their associated power by roughly .33% per level (close-ish, not exactly). Demi's can also affect CS.
