Demi Gods

Never used them on purpose, I have 3 wreckages. Is there anything to do with them? There is a drop down list that sows nothing to select. before the Turns to start:option.
Can someone tell some general description about Demi Gods?
Also I had no requests for like a month (since I started playing ascended again). How often do they show up?
Mass/Energy: 0 / 11 What is this? I used the market option "Equalise your mass and energy" several times to reach this, and now feeling I broked something?
