Seems we have two non teamed players entered in this one, how is it possible to enter once game has automatically made teams for those not teamed?

ie there were two self made teams and two non team people when I went to bed. Today at start of arena, those two had been forced into a game made team but there were two more enterancee and they have no team and arena has started.

Could those not delegated or removed themselves from a team be thrown out of arena? Its meant to be a team event not soloists
