i will be reading some of those books they sound good. here are some sik sci-fi books:

'a call to arms,' 'the false mirror' and 'the spoils of war.' (the damned trilogy) by alan dean foster

'the algebraist' by ian banks

'sten' by sum dude

the damned trilogy is the best sci-fi book(s) ive read. its like a stoned version of startrek or something. peaceout

Yes, the Ender Saga. Great books, but unfortunately, I never finished the series. I'm afraid I don't have the time. Damn private school.

YES! If anything, all sci-fi cravers should read the first chapter. It talks of going foward of backward in dimensions.

I had to read it as required reading. Great book though.

The Stardance Trilogy by Spider and Jeanne Robinson


Most of my recommendations are in the Fantasy one... although Anne McCaffrey and Piers Anthony also have many sci-fi novels. Both are extremely talented authors.

Enders Game was good book..sadly I do not have other book(s) from the series.
