A Massive Group Effort

as some of you may know by now, I'm Castor. Ingame you can find me as Hithamar, on ID 102102.

I saw your massive group effort, led by the revered STI... and I was impressed. I was impressed that the call of one man, albeit a true legend, was enough to rally many players under his flag to create a massive alliance that beat ALL in power.

A thought came to my mind, and I discussed it with Elladan just a few minutes ago when we had dinner. She thinks it's crazy, but hey, that doesn't stop me... when has it ever. Ha.

Does the community think we can build an account, that has an UP of 100k per day RAW? We all know how much naquadah that takes.. 9 trillion if my parietal lobe doesn't fail me; ALL spent on UP.


I told Elladan I thought the community could make that happen in 2 days, 48 hours. She said that was impossible, and that I was a stupid man to think that's possible.. so I have changed my expectations.
Would we achieve the 100k mark in a week?

To find out, I have opened account ID 102102 for this purpose. I will spent naq on NOTHING ELSE but UP, up until we achieve 100k.
I hope for positive response.. and I hope to prove Elladan wrong.

I would contribute to this on the condition that the account was given to a trusted member of the community that doesn't play anymore, and that the uu were given to starting noobs in the recruitment forum.

There's a bit of a difference between joining an alliance for one day and what you're asking.

Why not make the one who contributes the most it's commander?

And give UU bonuses to the others.

not if the commander changed every day... and the one to contribute the most during 24 hrs, gets the officer... and the next four or so, gets the uu... but when it is finished, the uu goes to noobs... and commander might also be a noob... as that would really help them... (15k bonus to up... think how that would cheer up a noob...)

also, maybe you could ask S T I to have it as permanent member of [ S T I s Rest Home ] ?

that way, it would hurt to raid it...
