What exactly are they supposed to be?
It always made perfect sense to me that we would evolve to Asurans or something, what happened?
(Just confused)

well, when ascension came out, there was no such thing as asurans yet, so forum made up NanoTiMasters....................

Human Form would have been a more appropriate name at the time.

But at least ours makes twisted sense - not like Asgards ascending into Ancients, and Tauri into Tollan.

Tauri into Tollan makes perfect sense.
A tollan is a more advanced human with better technology.
In fact NONE of the ascended races make sense as when one ascends you do not turn into a new race you turn into a being of energy - identicle.

Can't the game admins change the name of the NanoTiMasters to somthing more.....canon? Like Human Form, or Asurans or somthing?

Hmmm... Since we can have human-form defenders pre-ascension, it wouldn't make sense to ascend to a HF... but NOW that Asuran has come out...
Maybe we should make the jump.

I like NanoTiMaster it's great why the change ? cus they got kicked by the Tauri with the super ancient weapons on the free Goa'uld planet lol
