Need MS Strategy or Tactic Please

How I do handle an account who mainly concentrates on just his MS stats?

This individual, Madpsy, uses his MS (his only good stat) to mass other MS's and steal planets.

My question: how do I counter MS massings?

Tactically? Probably send my MS out exploring.
Strategically? Try to match his MS or make mine greater than his.

Can anyone tell me what more of Madpsy's MS? I know he has at least 8000 fleets - he stole two my planets with them. How about his other MS stats? Anyone?

Not much you can do actually

You can try to predict when he is about to strike, and mass his fleets...

or keep his MS at 0 (however, MS are very cheap to build, once you have hangars and weapons capacities...)

just try not to give heim the plesure of getting mad... he will move on soon

Well one thing you can do with planets is add to many defences for the amount of fleets he has, he will soon tire if its costing him to much to hit them.
M/S are indeed a pain if you havent got something to match it, like said by omoc they are cheap to repair and can cause much damage, so increase when naq is available to do so.
