I understand what you meant. You know my beers make me ramble. We can slightly prolong our unavoidable extinction level event by addressing the out of control population growth if we act on it immediately.

Knowing how to drive in snow and the total inability to drive in mounds of snow are two different things. Clearly some people felt 'entitled' to plowed roads with their hard earned tax dollars.
