Well this was done a year or two ago, and I believe it needs to be done again, just to see how many people are still around from what period and the rest.

Now I cannot remember official dates of release and things, but I can remember rough time periods in the games history. If I am wrong..do pm me and let me know so I can change it!

So just vote from what age of SGW you are from (which one you joined the game in..), and post any relevant comments etc etc...

1st Age: Age of Strife : February 2005 - July 2005 : The Die Hards and Old Guard (intro of SS and killable uu era etc etc..)

2nd Age: Age of Enlightenment and Piracy : July 2005 - December 2005 : The Ascended (intro of ascention ((IF memory serves)) and raiding.)

3rd Age: The Age of Expansion : December 2005 - July 2006 : The Conqurers (Motherships and Planets, people reach 100mill mark)

4th Age: The Age of Apocalypse : July 2006 - December 2006 : The Veterans (GA/COP (cant remember which one) war era and bloody sunday attacks.)

5th Age: The Age of Balancing and Expansion : December 2006 - December 2007 : The Traders and The Giants (Increase in buying and trading resources for/with $$ expands exponentionally, people reach new heights of army size and power.)

6th Age: The Age of War : December 2007 - May 2008 : The New Blood (Fuall vs TJP war and growing tension.)

7th Age: The Age of Eternity: May 2008 - November 2009: The Tormented.
($$ Spenders take over the hierarchy of the game being spurred on by the lesser minds who are quick to hero worship, game begins to fully degrade).

8th Age: The Age of Infinity: December 2009 - Present: The Reincarnation and New Order: The old orders are swept away as the game enters into further decline. New updates are brought in and some old powers and bonds reincarnated but the future remains shrouded in mystery....
