massing

wasn't massing a thing alliances did to each other in wars, and not a random thing done to random people for no reason?
keep getting massed without even attacking anyone

Whoever massed you is scum!!! Cheaters!!! Don’t worry... join the server chats against them and rise above them... the server wide alliance is what’s needed to stop this pesky random and pointless massing...

This is a game for people who enjoy to see large numbers on their screen not for someone who enjoys seeing 0s

While it may not be that today, it was in the past, today many groups are shells of former lives, some I wouldn't even say shells.

overbuilt? what doest hat even mean? people mass others for having too many units, or what? because i see people with 400 million units, much more than i have
i got massed when i had 50m, i got massed when i had 250m, i dont get it.

Sea, I didn't accuse anyone of wrongdoing or taking the moral high-ground, I merely stated a fact. This is a war game. Like Harch pointed out. Some like big numbers, some like 0. I've been in alliances where I was on both sides of this debate. Granted I never really random massed but I understand why it is done. Unfortunately, it's the state of the game and it won't change. So the only way to stop random massers is to either befriend them, gain their respect, scare them off (lol), or pay them off. Certainly nothing else will work.

meh afraid if i name the 2 ppl they'll do it again just to spite me. i'd strike back, i have the resources for it, might even be able to mass one of them hard enough to lower their population considerably, but then i'm afraid they'll ask other people to mass me again in retaliation >.> and joining an alliance doesnt seem to help since the first time i was massed it was the moment i joined an alliance
