PPT active at 1100 will be extended by 4 hours.
Planet cloaks (Merlin/MPDSD) active at 1100 will be extended by 4 hours.
Reason: Host made some changes to their hardware. We chose to have a controlled interruption instead of taking the risk of a longer and more unpredictable one.
