it should start on the 21st of June and last for the whole summer until 21st (23rd?) of September.

Imagine how much $$$$$$$$$$$$ sgw would make

then restart for the Southern hemisphere's Summer?

Something tells me that wouldn't work the way you hope, but pricing a different item depending on the season is an interesting thought: UU in spring, when nature goes haywire; Naq in autumn, when we harvest; Merlins in winter, when we want to hide; and ATs in summer, because why not.
