replicator chicks are the best would beet any suped up wraith ship. how you ask?

The Hive ship defearted but did not destroy Earth's entire fleet of BC-304's. (Minus the Odyssey and Hammond) We know from that encounter that at the very least it is superior to the Ori toilet ships due to the fact that Ori battleships could not defeate Asgard shielded 304's in a single slavo on their first encounter.
Since then Earth's technology has considerably advanced with the acquiring of the Asgard database and Asgard Plasma beam weapons which have been shown to slice through Ori and Aincent shields like a knife through butter but it could not break through the hull of the Wraith hive. Thus my vote is for the Wraith hiveship due to their enhanced organic hull. Additionally the clincher for me is that the Wraith without ZPM's defeated the Aincents. The technologicaly superior brothers of the Ori.

actually, the wraith did have ZPMs... they just couldnt combine them with their ships... the wraith numbers all stem from cloning through ZPM use... it was through numbers they defeated the ancients, not technology...
theoretically, some wraith may have managed to integrate ZPM into ship during the war, but if that was done, then the ancients defeated that ship... the ancients could win any single battle... but not the war as a whole...

They cheat. They have an ascended counterpart capable of assisting them without being hampered by rules or whatever, Wraith on the other hand have nothing to support them.

Ascended counterpart? You mean Adria? Nah I don't think she could do anything there. Safe her life by disappearing or whatever yes but ships would end being destroyed nonetheless.
When I said the battle, I did mean when Wraith ship would be fully built up, and as Todd said...it would be unstoppable once it's fully done.
Yes Ori shields are amazing, but so are Alterans', and a hive firing like 40 energy fires or whatever it's called each minute would need only two or three minutes to take down a Ori ship, who has a waaay much slower weapon system.
I do agree an Ori fleet of like 4 ships would stand a good chance vs this Hive however.

From Ark of Truth. A tauri ship (odyssey) destroys ori ship, and resists from shots from an ori ship.
In SGA final, both tauri ships fought it, and both lost, and then Atlantis city came, and almost lost too.
Conclusion?
Wraith ZPM'd Hive > Ori ship.
