Mods have chosen to post these for the benefit of the community.
I personally, do not mind if they get a little bit spammy with small talk.
However, I will not tolerate flaming/trolling or anything else of this nature.

Remember, The Forum Staff are here for the Forums and the Community.
Constructive criticism goes a lot farther than destructive criticism.

Also, bear in mind, this is not a requirement of the staff either.
