Alright guys I'm going to put this to rest.

I can't view IP's, I never threatened to reveal it and instead told him that if he posts his IP becomes visible, in this case to Global Moderators and Administrators, of which I am neither nor will I become, to my knowledge.

As for my personal beef with Taxo, like said its personal, and didn't need to get brought up in the initial post of this topic even to put the conversation itself into context.

and here you go again trying to defend yourself in a case where you already said what you needed to say. You inferred being able to see the admin section of the forum and that that would give you the permissions needed to see IP's.

Just admit it mystake, you've threatened me with your "future" position and I'm calling you on it... all because you wouldn't let it go that I incorrectly called you a spy (for which I am sorry), but this is rather petty in my eyes the extent to which you've sunk. I think it's time to let it go. You've got too much stress in your life to be letting your issues with me be causing you anymore headaches.

no it doesnt...

the admin section, is not the same as the admin control panel... mystake will be able to view the mod section, and the admin section... but not any of the moderator control panels or the admin control panel...

thanks for clearing that up zera. All I can say is what I gathered from Mystake, himself, from our conversation, whether this position will really end up having any real ability to see IP's that's up to the one creating the user group or assigning permissions.

I didn't infer being able to see IP's at any point, atleast even when I re-read it it still doesn't look like it. As for not letting go that you incorrectly called me out for something, last I spoke to you on MSN before the block/delete combo was you insulting me over it again saying you were right all along.



This issue is over and dealt with. There was never any talks of me being able to see anyone's IP, ever. You misinterpretated what I said and used your understanding of it against me.

Well after going through the effort of making a new forum account on some forums i admin just to check this, i can assure you, they can see IPs.
