I had an idea of what about being able to actually set specific officers % income which you give them.
Say for instance a war starts up you won't want your officer having 30% due to being farmed however if another officer is under you who isnt in the war the 30% will benefit them. So I thought what about being able to change that as per officer as you see fit due to circumstances he finds himself in.
I do get that most may say no to this idea especially since it affects the UP gained by the commander.

I personally do not see any problem with it and how it affects the game as it is still within current paramters (10-30%).
The only issue may be how hard and is it possible to program? Also, how do you go about calcing the inc given to officers on differing rates?
Not quite on subject, but I have been wanting more range to give to officers (6 incriments 0-50%).

't Is possible, but would create an possible extra headache to keep the code flexible I suspect - as in that any part code isn't too complex to change without the game going haywire.
