just curious to who thinks it ruins massing.. that's all.

il put my hand up and say i have used it before to mass but never in between online fights..

ETS was placed as a balancing mechanism to reduced PPT capacity.
To my knowledge, PPT was never truly reduced though, so it has other effects.

Besides, Daleks are cool.
