Vaccing main, reduces ascended power

This would royally screw me over(thx alot Guild ) seeing I vac often my main account, whereas ascended is less needed becaus everything goes slower on there and it doesnt take so much time to keep your account up to date.

But ok, I see the point and the logic in this. And in this game you have to adapt all the time anyway

Why? My NG account is just going to sit there doing nothing whether its tied to main or not.

Change and development, Master Loki, sir. Keep an eye out for it. (Not necessarily this particular tie-in, but some other things involving your NG-account and your other accounts.)

Keep forgetting to post, a few scraps of comments:
- I can't really do this update, it requires more code on mains side than ascendeds, so it's more of AJ's dominion.
- I actually asked him about this ages ago, he didn't want to do it due to the ascended accounts with no mains. I feel I posted this in a previous thread about the same idea...

Long story, but should yes, do they all - no. There was a time when you could delete one and keep the other. Although I don't know how many exist, there was enough for AJ to not want to do the update.

It should be possible to check them though, so the update could still happen, except if the account has no main then the reduction doesn't count.

There are a great many ways to disconnect an Ascended account.

Delete the Main account, Ascended keeps existing. There are a few obvious solutions to this problem (first and foremost deleting Asc when deleting Main and vice versa).

I think SoL mentioned in the past that when a main account gets banned, it did not ban the ascended account. I am not sure if this behaviour has now changed, but that would have been another way to end up with unconnected ascended accounts.

This could also tie in with the idea of making signing up for an ascended account directly more viable. While some disagreed with the idea on its own I would not mind that if the same reduced powers were applied to those accounts if they wish not to have a linked main account.
